Some issues I've noticed

Hi, I've been hooked on this game for the last few months now, but there are some issues that bugs me a lot:

1. When the game auto-moves forward and you are offered a job form an NHL team, the team hires another GM while your offer is still on the table. If you accept you get the job and the person they just hired gets fired. I guess it's by design that teams hire new GMs the same day the old gets fired, but this should be fixed.

2. In my current game the Red Wings just fired in their head coach in late January after several news items of him underachieving, the problem being that the coach was hired in late December and had a 9-5 record in 14 games. This is a issue I see often in the game where teams fire newly hired coaches.

Anyways great game that keeps getting better!
