Getting an error after 60 games

Getting an error after about 60 games when I try to load the game - it says that it's corrupt and it's from a prior season (which it's not)

Also how do you go about loading the backup season as I always back up the season every 10 games.

Had simular issue even with version 48 patch although i did make it through 2 seasons then was corrupted and ended up forgetting to back up my game after each season obviously BIG mistake on my part
