Historical league looking for one owner

I have an opening for FORT:

Historical
random debut league (i.e. historical players enter the league through
the draft, but not the year they were actually drafted).
20 teams total. We have one opening left - the Louisville Colonels.
This is the fourth version. We've had versions that went from 1950-1980, 1940-1980, 1950-1970, and we've just started in 1980.
We have fixed finances to promote competition - i.e. you have 150M to spend every year, and you don't get to keep any extra.
This is our last season on OOTP23. We will switch to OOTP24 for our next season.
