I don't think this is a technical issue; I raised the price of the ticket and so my fan support went down by 50. But I regained it to 86 overall with a title, so imagine my surprise when I was informed by management that they were very pleased with my championship, and also my job is on very shaky ground.

As a follow-up: we have a new owner, and after I've won the Cup twice in a row, and started the season 13-0-2 (undefeated!), the owner asks me hypothetically who should be my replacement. Fan happiness is 100. So maybe it is a glitch?

That specific line is actually based on your job security, not fan happiness, but it shouldn't be coming up in those circumstances. But I think I see a place where it could potentially get confused if security was at the maximum level, we'll have a look at that. Regardless, you should be safe, your actual job security would be fine and the game is just giving you the wrong description.
