Welcome to the International Professional Baseball Federation (IPBF), a dynamic and fictional OOTP online league crafted by an experienced league Commissioner with over eight years of dedication in managing the still-thriving MLM online league.

League Features:

A two-tier MLB system with 50 teams featuring promotion and relegation.
Diverse professional leagues across Asia, Europe, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
A four-tier Independent League system with promotion and relegation.
Five World Baseball Championship tournaments, including categories under 16, 18, 20, and 22.
MLB College and High School Feeder League systems.
Two Prospect Development tournaments and a top prospects showcase.
Trading of draft picks for up to three years.
Minimal rules and restrictions for streamlined gameplay.
