TNBL League (OOTP24)

TNBL league is a long-time fictional league that is looking for two new GMs. We are currently at the start of the offseason.

We are a league consisting of 20 teams, with the top 12 advancing to the playoffs. The league has a great mixture of GMs who are dedicated and passionate about playing OOTP.

We sim 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) which allows for a manageable pace of play and time commitment. Each sim is 7 days long.

We have several simmers which allow the process to go as smoothly as possible. We use Slack for league communication.

All settings are standard, with no scouts or coaches.

The open teams are:
Austin Rattlers: Austin finished this past season with a 76-85 record. They have been in the process of a rebuild during the past few seasons. Their payroll commitments are projected to move down in the next few seasons. They do have a number of good players on the team and a farm system that ranks towards the bottom of the league. The GM who just left was here for several seasons before stepping away. This team is in need of a clear direction for its future sucess.

San Jose Giants:
The Giants did make the playoffs this year, despite finishing 78-83. They have some good players on the major league rosters. San Jose has one of the best minor league systems in the league as they are ranked 3rd. The long-time GM just had to step away due to work. This team is in a good position. The new GM will have a great minor league system to build around or use to acquire assets.
