Draft picks signing but not showing up on roster

Got a question. I've been playing a simulation for 20+ seasons and have never had this issue. I had a number of draft picks who signed but aren't on my roster. They actually show up on the report indicating the next year's draft pool. Under transactions it shows that they signed and even in the player history it says so. The $$$ were paid out of my draft budget as well.

Anyone ever see anything like this before? I'm not only getting the players I drafted & signed, but I'm out millions of dollars too.

There was someone a few weeks back that posted something like that in the bugs forum, but don't recall if a cause was ever identified.

Do you have 200 players at your lowest minor league level? (If playing with reserve rosters, do you have 200 players total, including your major league roster?)

No, I don't have anywhere close to 200 in the organization.
