Scouting tournaments

Is it normal that a player observed in a given tournaient is considered not scouted ( no information on his scouting page)?

Was it after the tournament was over? The scouting won't update until it finishes.

Yes I was clicking on players from the report in mail after the end of a tournament

Yeah, they should have been scouted at least to d-level, I'll have at what's going on there.
