Fake first names. Why?

When creating a fantasy league with fantasy players from certain nations their first names seem to be tweaked so they don't look like real names. Why? It kills the immersion imo

If it is real Korean baseball player names, it may be a requirement of Korean law. If it is the names of real Japanese Baseball players, it is likely a licensing issue. With the limited info provided, that's my best guess and what's happening. Legal issues.
