Signings for Youth Teams

Hello folks and fellow FHM10 nerds!

I have registered on these forums because I have one very specific question about the mechanics of youth systems.

I wonder if it is possible, when playing with a European club (DEL, in my case), to sign young players to your youth teams?

I keep spending the maximum amount to have an excellent youth system and yet, no player is generated in my academies (U14 and up) so I am guessing there is something I am missing here.

Anyone might help me?

there is no option for youth contracts.
You can sign players (be aware of minimum age of your league) to senior contracts with minor option and put them to U20 level.

If you spend max. money in your yearly budget for youth academy, there should be an impact in quality of generated youth players.
Worked ok in FHM9, haven´t follow in depth in FHM10.

Waiting for February update to start long time save game in DEL ;-)
