Can't download OOTP24?

Need help.

Purchased the game about 6 months ago and can't get the license key to work. Thanks for the help.

So, you definitely purchased through Fast Spring's store as opposed to Steam?

Did you ever get the game to work or is the .exe file sitting uninstalled from months ago? Or did you download the latest version of the game from here:

What message do you get typing in the license key?

Have you tried cutting and pasting the key in to ensure that the error is not a capital I as opposed to a lower case L?

The more info/context the better. thx

I don't know how to paste so I manually enter the license key.

It said it couldn't find the license key in it's data that I entered.

I wish they would avoid the number zero and the letter -O- in the license key. It would make it so much easier.

My main computer stopped working so I am trying to set up the game on another computer.

This app can't run on this PC

don't know what that means.

I will try playing OOTP23 on the same computer. It has worked in the past.

I've got OOTP23 now playing.

Won't worry about OOTP24.

I will purchase OOTP25 as soon as I buy a new computer.
