DSL Default Nationality is Incorrect

This was fixed at some point last year, but it appears to have regressed in OOTP 25. The Region for DSL is by default set to US: East Coast, however it needs to be set to "INTER-CONTINENTAL: DSL Qualified" for the correct players to be able to join the league.

It's ok in the regular standard game. Which game mode are you seeing this in?
