SunGodOctopus Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Mar 2024 Posts: 25	Would development orders still happen with offseason tournaments? Would an extensive offseason tournament schedule affect development lab orders? Or the only thing that matters is it the offseason of the "major league" they are in?
