sprague All Star Starter Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 1,947	Budget issue Noticing that all teams wind up with 0 cash at the end of a season, even though a cash maximum is listed. All teams are 0, and this is happening every season. I do have revenue sharing on, but some of the teams should make money (revenues are exceeding expenses for several teams) Others seeing this?
