there are no more than 65 overall bullpens
Hello after few years later since start, I can't find any 65+ bullpen in league.
some rookies still have 70-80 potential for bullpen roll but thre ended up at 60-65 always. https://imgur.com/a/LgoQj7m I actually, this is not bad because if someone pitch very well then team may want to use him as starter. but the question is, then why some closer have 80 in start potint? and why scouter say 65 is fit for setup if 65 is highest overall in league? also system still calculate different between SP and RP/CP so you should make more sure to users. few solutions that I think. 1. system calculate the overall together without position (Like Hitters do) so 65-80 pitchers are mostly starter and 55-65 pitchers are closer. (scouting report should be changed too) 2.or take back 80 bullpens just like ootp24. so 70-80 will be a closer, 60-70 will be a setup and 50-60 will be a average bullpen pitcher. this is not critical to play game but its visual confusion you know. anyway, whatever this is a bug or not, OOTP25 is best ootp series ever I played since OOTP16. just want to say this. I like new ratings and system all. Last edited by coolfish2; 03-31-2024 at 02:04 PM. Reason: add image link |
