Corrupted League File

Is there a way to fix a corrupted league file?

I'm getting this error message:

The loading of the database failed. It is either corrupt or a save-game from a previous version.

It is an OOTP24 file.

Help!

You should be able to restore from a back-up, but I'm having the issue that its not allowing me to do that either because the field to enter the folder or league name is not showing up on the page.
