crashed after rebooting

Hi.

I played OOTP 25 about 10 hours and suddenly I can't launch the game after rebooting.
Whenever I tried to launch the game, error happend;
"OOTP found that the crashed_on_startup flag is set. Obviously the game crashed when you started it last time. OOTP will reset the graphics settings to default values. You can set them back later in the Game Preferences dialog.

And then, "APP_FRAMEWORK:startup - unable to create the folder 'saved_games'. Please reinstall Out of the Park Baseball.

I reinstalled the game more than 100 times but, it didn't work at all.

I'm on a PC with Windows 11 and I have the game on Steam.
My PC: Intel I5 12400F 2.50 GHz with 16.0 GB RAM (I can play Red Dead Redemption 2 without any issues)
And I have remaining more than 300 GB on my SDD.

How I can paly the game again?
