MRB League looking for GMs

Hello! I'm Max and I run Max Retro Baseball since 2011.

We have been around since that time. The league has seen some changes over the years (reduced number of teams) as we find it more engaging and easier for everyone to be involved.

All GMs have over 4 years of real-life commitment to their teams. Most of them have 10 & 11 years in (like myself).

We are a 12 Teams, 3 Divisions, 162 games.
- Pre-Season (Feb 1st) & Spring Training (6 Weeks): 4 day sim every evening.
- Regular Season: 3 days per evening.
- Playoffs: One game every night.

The goal? 4-5 Seasons per real-life year with drafts. We are using historical players imported by OOTP and a very small NCAA rip-off feeder.

Note: We started this adventure using OOTP12 and many other versions all the way up to v24. We might be switching to OOTP25 later this year.

We have OPENINGS:

- San Diego Padres (UPPER DECK Division)
- Chicago Cubs (DONRUSS Division)

(Those teams have been managed by the CPU and every draft picks were made by me going with the best player available and what their needs were. Very good teams that haven't been rundown into the mud.)

All MiLB affiliates share the same division structure and every team of the organization are under one roof (Topps, Upper Deck or Donruss).

Once upon joining, you may request to change the team location ONLY after completing the current season with us.
