Euro teams handling import players during international duties / Olympic Qualifiers Tournament

Hi ! I replied to a post on the last hotfix thread but I figured it would probably be better to start a thread here.

Teams in leagues where there are foreign players restrictions tend to sign more foreigners when their players go on international duties, only to later having to release players after the international window ends because they are now over the limit for import players.

I'm currently playing in Switzerland and some teams had to part ways with their best scorers in the middle of the season due to this problem. It happens quite frequently due to the number of international tournaments affecting Europe compared to North America.

I also noticed that many leagues don't let their players go to the Olympic Qualifiers Tournament, whereas IRL most players try to come to help (Anze Kopitar for Slovenia or Pierre-Edouard Bellemare for France come to mind for example)
