Screen Resolution Error

A couple of things here that are difficult to sort...

1) When I try and change my resolution to something other than default and use a windowed view vs full-screen, nothing seems to ever change, even after restarting.

2) When I load the game, I get a very fast screen error pop up that I don't have time to read. So it seems something isn't sticking and the error goes away too quickly. The error is game-generated, however, as it has a FHM10 look to the window it appears in.

In case it matters, I'm actually playing the game on a 65" Samsung TV.

I noticed on macOS that when on fullscreen the resolution seems to not change either no matter what I choose. Using the built-in display on Macbook Pro M1 Max, macOS Sonoma.

That should be big enough, assuming it's not set lower in Windows. If you check the display resoluition there (right-click on desktop, select set display settings), is the display resolution larger than the one you have selected in the game, and is the scaling (the box just above display resolution) set to something other than 100%?

Yes, my scaling is set to 300%! Is there a way for just FHM (and OOTP) to ignore that?

For what it's worth, I have my in-game resolution set to 1600*900 and my PC (with 65" TV) is set to 3840x2160.

Here are some examples of the screen being cutoff:

If you take your screen resolution of 3840x2160 and apply the 300% zoom you get 1280x720. The height of 720 is below the minimum height of 768, so the game can´t be displayed correctly.

The only way for you to fix it is to lower the zoom, e.g. to 200% (250% might work as well, not sure).

That makes perfect sense. Thank you. Does anyone know whether you can have windows zoom to x% for just a particular app? I'd love to just set FHM to 100-200% zoom.

Thanks!
