I don't know which Luis Ortiz you have pictured here, I suspect it's the one who played 3B fir the Red Sox 20 years ago. It's certainly not the Pirates' Luis Ortiz.

The Luis Ortiz in my game looks fine. Do you have a different image showing? I have one for the Pirates and Phillies and each looks like the correct one. Here's the Pirates one.

What are you looking for? A slight lowering of the cheekbones perhaps? I little heavier in the jaw? What's the issue exactly you are having that you find him so unrecognizable?

I have not made the Red Sox one from early '90s (yet).

Are we even talking about facegens?

Yeah, in PT I'm seeing some old-timer with a Red Sox uniform. Not the 25 yr-old Luis L. Ortiz that has been with the Pirates his whole career.
