Play Same Game Multiple Laptops

I installed OOTP 25 via Steam, and I'm wondering if I can play the same Game on more than one laptop. I know Steam will keep the software up-to-date on both machines, but I'm thinking it won't sync the game files. I'm thinking that I need to make a backup, store it out in the cloud, then load that backup on the other machine. Then just keep doing this back and forth.

I have a Windows (Dell) laptop and an Apple MacBook Air that I am on at different times, so it would be ideal to be able to play the same game on both.

Is there an easier way? If not, I'm new to the game, how would I do this? Is there a backup feature in OOTP 25? I looked around a bit, granted, it was a quick look, and I didn't see anything labeled backup. And after doing a backup, what file(s) do I need to move back and forth?

Thanks!

I wouldn't bother with the cloud, it'll probably be too slow. I would just stick your .lg folder (in your saved_games folder) on a thumb drive. You might actually be able to even set a steam library to that thumb drive and just play it off that without having to constantly copy it back and forth. I would try that first.

Playing it on a PC and a Mac might complicate things though. I don't know.

Chrome Remote Desktop

You can just take over the screen of your primary laptop that runs OOTP using Chrome Remote Desktop
Free and good enough

Interesting. I think Steam does that as well.
