FHM10: Game crashes consistently, when going from Oct 18 to Oct 19, 2030

Steps to reproduce:

- Load the file named SHF-2030-crash.zip
- Sim forward 1 day

Result:
crashes to desktop, writes nothing to the debug_trace file.
