Corrupt Save?
I have a saved standard game - in 2029 now.
When I load the franchise, the game crashes. When it gets to the "finishing loading" tag. Tried 6 times, confirmed it is an issue. Don't know what happened between last night and today. Seems like I might lose a lot of time / effort. Maybe should be waiting for patches before getting invested.

It crashes to desktop? or just 'hangs' whilst loading?
I'm assuming you've not moved the game from the new default install location - as corruptions last year were caused largely by OneDrive on User's Document folders (the previous save location). One thing you can try to do to see if it helps is go into one of the Quickstart folders found here: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 11\quickstart_games\Current.quick and find the 'continents.dat' - copy this into your save game folder and overwrite the previous one. This can sometimes help to resolve corruptions. If you don't want to/can't navigate directly to the path above, then you can access it via the main game menu, Settings->Troubleshooting->Open Customisable Data Folder and then navigate back a directory and find the quickstarts. |

Ya crashes to desktop.
Just moved the continents.dat file but didn't fix the problem. Exactly the same. 64% "Finished Loading" CRASH Save Game is on my C drive. Not OneDrive. That has already caused enough ish in my life.

Okay fair enough - I would upload it as they may need to take a look at it!

Yeah, please upload it, and also include the rs_one and rs_two folders so we have the backups as well (you can also try copying the data in those folders into the save's main folders to see if one of them will restore it back to a point where it doesn't crash, but please make a backup copy and upload it to us first.)
