"Team Control" settings not working properly, and resetting at end of season.

My team control settings such as scouting, training, lineups, tactics, etc are not working properly this year, with them needing to be reset at least once per season. With major affect to the training settings, where I would sim for a month just to find that my training that had been set to Assistant just did not select any training for the players, and I've just now been stuck in the assistant doing trades for me. At the same time, I have my trading set to only myself being able to make trades.

Strange, I haven't seen this specifically, but I have seen these settings change from assistant back to yourself when the head coach is changed. Would be nice to be able to lock these settings in for good, or be made aware when they change.

Yeah, the only time you should get a change in these settings is right after you hire a head coach (and there is a warning in the message you get when you hire one that the settings will change.) I haven't been able to replicate any other changes, though - I think we may need to see a save where this is happening consistently.
