24 perfect team not loading

Hasn't loaded well, if at all, for two weeks appx, although 25 Perfect Team DOES load via same machine & online connection here. Therefore I couldn't access the 24 team last week. Are you having 24 server problems or otherwise?

What does "not loading" mean?
Can you not log in?
Can you not see tournaments?
Can you not download the save file?

I had been afk since early, neither 24 nor 25 loaded. I have tried three times so far. 25 is so far not has not went past the main blue screen where it says game loading and all the caps belw. 24 is on the green scree where you select new historical, new custom, etc. It shows next simulation in and it shows status as processing. I was just on and noticed both hung so i went to forums first, will troubleshoot here a bit and see if fixes by restarts or anything, just seen this post and same issue or appears at least in one, maybe it will self fix....

24 is now loading, it just shows next simulation as processing and a new league will be available shortly.

Now have shut the computer fully down and back, ran some security scans, and started/killed several times and never changes from the reported green screen, I just thought that maybe I can login to it clean where it doesn't remember me and see if that does something....and the answer to that is no. What is interesting is I can do a perfect draft or tournament but perfect league itself is nothing.
