Can't install patch

There are two patches. One won't download and the other just creates a folder with a bunch of files. None of the *.exe files won't install the patch.

I am using Edge.

What am I doing wrong.

The installer are both links at the top "Main Server" and "Mirror".
Both are the same file and will install the game normally.
If one of the links is not working for you try the other one.

The "PC Single Folder Installer" is only useful in special cases.
