Player Development Issues/Relationships

Hello, I have been toying around, and getting frustrated with player development. So I did an experiment with my top prospect. Here is my hitting coach.https://imgur.com/a/Suysu7l

Same ratings all maxed out. However, here is the development page for my prospect https://imgur.com/a/EwaNox8

Why are the manager's relationship and development different than the hitting coaches? I should note that I maxed out the player's personality to 200 for everything. What is the difference?

Additionally what has been pissing me off is Roman Anthony having bad relationships with every coach in the game. So I did an experiment with him.

I maxed out his personality to 200 everything, and maxed out Cora's stats seen here, https://imgur.com/a/3F2poyT

So two managers, their stats and personality are the same. But, here is Anthony's page with Cora https://imgur.com/a/Mz1fDXs

So why the difference?

Only thing I notice, is both managers favor Veterans over prospects. So maybe the development is poor as Cora would rather start a vet over him. I'm just guessing

Coach personality differences is the only thing I could think of. You'd think with Anthony's personality maxed out that he'd have at least an average relationship with anyone but not so. I don't know if there's a coding logic so that certain managerial types are like oil and water with certain player types.

It's definitely an interesting question but that's all I got, even as someone who's been playing forever

thats the thing, i made their personalities the same in the editor.
