Warm up rule is off yet AI still warming up pitchers

Any one else getting this? It makes me a bit worried that my guys are coming in cold event though I have told the game I don't want to use the warm up rule.

The AI does not warm up pitchers, they are automatically warm when they come in.

The warm up option only applies to human managed teams.

I understand that, but as I am playing the games two guys will show up as pitching in my bullpen and "ready" even though I have warmups turned off. Never saw this in past versions of the game. The only things I let my other manager handle is "defense" but not substitutions.
