Paging Dave Watts
Putting 26 through some early paces with a muck around RD league. Been years since I'd played Random Debut and had forgotten how much fun it can be if things work your way.
Set it to start in 1999 with the MLB structure of the time. Got age-23 Babe and Joltin' Joe in the inaugural pool along with some other fun ones as you can see here. ![]() The struck pay-dirt again for Year 2 and Year 3 might be the best of all! ![]() I'm GMing the Snakes and we drafted Skenes then signed Maddux on a long-term deal and, with Yordan raking from the get-go, the desert is a fun place to be. ![]() G

I'd like to see a Random Debut historical replay where Babe Ruth spends his entire career playing for the Colorado Rockies!

Wow! Babe and Joe in the same draft at age 24. That second round was amazing. As payback you may get a full draft of nothing but Tom Veryzer's in year 3. Billy Williams is usually a random debut god. Will be a blast having Maddux, Pedro and Clemens at the same time. I wonder if they tweaked random drafts a little for 26? Not sure I had that strong of a draft ever during 25.

2001 Draft
AJ went first, ahead of Mookie and the Giambino, Schwarber at #6. We took Mark Langston after it looked for a long while like we might get a crack at Petey and got Rhys Hoskins as a prospect promotion supp for Yordan Alvarez winning RoY...

Third-year Skenes goes OK, it seems...
