Draft Question

I'm doing my first draft that I need to negotiate with all 20 draft picks.
Can anyone offer insights on strategy in drafting?

I think you only negotiate with the first 5 rounds.
You have 20 picks in the first 5 rounds??
Better not draft all the very difficult players or you won't be able to sign them all.

There is an option to chose the # of rounds to negotiate. In Game Settings
