Trouble Moving License Keys

Hello, I got a new laptop and am looking to move my license key over to my new computer's OOTP25. I have the key active on two computers. I deactivated the license on the old computer, but it still won't let me activate on the new one.

I also don't seem to be able to buy a new license key for OOTP25, now that 26 is out?

Any help would be appreciated

See if the steps here (esp. the self-help portal) can help ensure that second license was properly released.

Yes, OOTP25 licenses are no longer for sale now that 26 is out. Keep in mind though that you can import from 25 to 26 though.
