Feeder Leagues
So I am undertaking the ambitious project of creating a series of feeder leagues for the MLB draft. This would include the entire NCAA as well as select high school leagues.
The problem I am running into is that when I create these leagues (example, the 300+ teams of the NCAA Division 1 or the 500+ high school teams I am creating), there are way too many 50-80 potential ratings players created. Even a small high school league (25-30 teams in the representative Virginia High School League, for example) has 15-20 80 FV players in it.
How do I tone down the ratings for players created for these feeder leagues so each league produces 1-2 70-80 FV players at most? Given that the plan is 6 college leagues (3 leagues for D1 schools and representative leagues for D2 to D4) and 10 high school leagues (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Arizona, 2x California, and National), that should be about right over 4 draft classes (so averaging 6 70-80 FV players per draft class). Ideas?
