Prospect Management
This guy is not my team's prospect so if his development is stunted it's not my problem, but this is ridiculous.
To clarify, my universe has three Rookie ball leagues (slight difference in the player modifiers) and each team has two SSA teams. This guy has played, never for any period of time, at Rookie to High A and every level in between. The AI can't settle on a level for this kid. He plays a game and gets promoted, plays another game and gets sent somewhere else and so on. Just sayin', the AI prospect handling needs to be improved.
