Using license on another computer

I’m trying to activate my license on an older laptop and keep getting the same error. I still have one license available but not sure why it’s not being accepted. Any ideas?

Did you go to the actual portal? It’s a link in there. It controls everything about the license. Name of the computers that have it. How to drop one, add one. Etc.

Yea I checked through all of it and it says that there is still one available. I’ve gotten them to email the license again just to confirm it matched the one from when I initially bought it and it’s the same. I’m copy and pasting it and it’s just not accepting it for reasons I can’t explain.
