Draft Class Talent Distribution

It seems like the talent distribution of a generated draft class is a set percentage. If I increase the number of draft rounds that the game develops talent for it increases players at each talent level at a set percentage… increasing the number of rounds will increase the number of top players (five star potential) to the draft class.

I have added several independent leagues to my game and I want to add some AAU like high school development leagues (it’s fun to get those additional data points on draft prospects). Unfortunately the default settings of number of rounds to generate players for these high school leagues don’t generate enough draft eligible high schoolers to fill a sixteen team league.

I would like to increase the number of rounds of players to generate to increase the number of draft eligible high schoolers available for the developmental league and to have enough “leftovers” for the independent leagues, but don’t want to saturate the top of the draft with elite players.

Is there a way to tweak the distribution of players of different talent levels so I can increase the draft pool with additional low end prospects without affecting the number of other prospect levels in the draft class? If I change the percentage of high school generated players to 100%, does that mean it will eventually balance out with college draft prospects being entirely made up of undrafted or unsigned high schoolers? Is there a way to boost the development college players get so undrafted/unsigned high school prospects can emerge as elite prospects later?

I don't know how the distribution works when adding extra players via settings, but if you're finding it adds more top end talent (or even mid level) and you just want lower end players, generating a bunch of draft eligible players via the free agent screen and setting their talent level all to a low setting would be a workaround.
