all my games are corrupting

I have 58 hours on this game but I can't make it passed the 5-6 years without me logging on and all my files being corrupted. Pretty much if I restart steam and log on, the game acts like they've never seen me before, asking to accept the terms of conditions which I've now done a lot. And when I go to click load game all my games are corrupted and don't have any data next to the name like the team I used, or the access date.

Some of these I've luckily been able to avoid by using backup or autosave files but it always ends in on of them eventually not working because even the backups don't work most of the time.

I've tried verifying integrity of files on steam, I've tried getting my autosave, even my backup got corrupted. Not really sure what I can do at this point other than going back to play OOTP 25

Is OOTP whitelisted in your anti-virus app? Might not help but worth a look.
