New to FHM11

I have played countless versions of OOTP Baseball and this is my first go with Hockey. I am finding out the things I can do in Baseball I can't seem to do in Hockey. My 2 biggest questions right now are:
1)I guess I can only do a fantasy draft in a historical league? Is there a way to get scouting so I can sort players by stars?
2)My text is all black and I cannot figure out a way to change the font color so I can read it. The background is dark gray, so it is really difficult to read the names and ratings
Bonus question: What are the most important ratings for offensive players, defensive players, and goalies? There are just so many and I don't know what to prioritize.

I can't answer the 2 questions, hopefully someone else can, but remember that the FHM devs are a very small number and are completely seperate from the OOTP (baseball) devs, which is why there is a big difference in functionality between the two series (FHM v OOTP)

1. Fantasy can be done in Historical or in a Custom Game (yes with real players).

2. To fix this, start your game, go into settings, flip the skin, restart. Go back into settings, flip the skin again, restart. It should not look correct.

Bonus; that depends what you're looking for for you team. I tend to look at scouting reports more though for players who excel under pressure/in big games.
