Are support delays common?

So I first posted my issue on Dec. 24 on this forum. I have had no response beyond formulaic and non-helpful since then.

I created a support ticket on Feb. 23. I received one response and nothing since.

I have sent several followup emails about the support, and posted several requests for updates on the forum.

Is this typical of OOTP tech support?

Where are you sending the support requests?

We don't use a ticket system any more, any requests need to go to support@ootpdevelopments.com

Anything sent there is usually answered within 48 business hours.
