Activating Game

I just updated my laptop and am having trouble opening the game on my new laptop. I released the license off the one I am moving from, but the license is not being activated on the new laptop. Is there anything I can do about that?

What specific message is the game giving you when you enter the license?

It only says: “The game could not be activated”

Problem Solved... I found my way to the site to manage the licenses and had to manually remove the license from the traded laptop and now it works on the new.
