Hello and a question

Good Morning!!!

I'm new to OOTP (but not baseball sims - I know, weird). I've always liked being a GM and what not, but I was wondering if it's possible to be only the manager in OOTP. The game gives me an impression that this is possible, but I'm not sure if I have to activate it separately or something. Thanks in advance, and sorry for posting a question that someone else probably already has.

Not exactly sure what you are trying to get at? Do you mean that you would ONLY deal with "in game" details and NO player transactions?
