trans-order-id missing?

Ok I went to purchase OOTP2006 and filled out all the info, etc. I then clicked the "Complete Purchase" button but get an error about the trans-order-id is missing. Any idea on what to do? All my info is correct. And I don't want to try to push the order button again for fear of being double charged.

Nevermind got it. My firewall was blocking access to the eLicense site.
