				Crashes on Startup, Just Purchased
			 
			
			
			Just bought the license, and launched OOTP 9.0.27.  Blue ballpark background came up, with spinning baseball in lower middle.  Ball stopped spinning.  I waited several more minutes and clicked on the screen, at which point the top of the window added the dreaded [Not Responding].  Had to force it to end with task manager. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	Tried several times, even after restarting my system. Same result everytime. It doesn't even load the menu or anything - just sits there and then poops out (technical term  ).  I'm using a PC, Windows XP, P4 2.4GHz, 1GB RAM, 256MG vid card, and cable modem. Is this a hardware problem, a license problem, spy-blocker problem, or what???  |

			Could you try a fresh uninstall and re-install please?

			Try that and also disable your anti-virus and any other programs that could be eating up system resources.  Start it and let it sit for a while even if it looks stuck. OOTP will do that some times and it actually is still working.  This should only be a problem this one time as the game is copying over some facegen files that it needs upon initial installation.
