Importing real players into Feeder league - possible?

Hi

I've been playing around with a turn of the century league, and I'm trying to get real players to enter the game universe by coming into the world onto a feeder league team - so when they are draft eligible, they have a history; they just haven't dropped out of the sky.

The feeder league is fictional players, with modifiers pretty low, as I don't want too many fictional guys cluttering up the majors. (But I don't mind a few)

Is it possible to get real players to go thru the feeders first? Or will they always just drop into the world as free agents to the majors?

Or do I just have to pick one (feeders) or the other (drafting real players)

And if the only solution is to import them one by one...how do I find which ones to import each year - within the DB (Spritzes DB)

Go to the Master.csv, look for the column "debut".
