Player Development Report not carrying over season to season

Just a quick question.

Is it possible to have a development report to be saved on a players profile at the end of every season? I have the option of 'keep one report per season' activated, but that only seems to work if the players in the minors.

IE I simulated to 2028, and Trout (who is still a full-time MLB player) only has 1 development report from my headscout - basically it keeps overwriting the previous year's one every season instead of saving a new one. So basically his 2028 development report is comparing his stats v his 2015 as the 2027 development report is overwritten by the 2028 etc.

But when you have players in the minors, it seems development reports do save every season without being overwritten. IE Got a 29 year old player who has the end of year development report saved from 2016-2019 on his profile but since being in the Majors since 2020 he has no development reports from 2020-2027. He had one at the end of each season, but soon as I ticked over to a new season the previous year's one was overwritten.

I'm not sure if this has always been the case or not, just found it strange one isn't saved after every season is over as to me I'd rather compare say the 2028 development report of a player to one from 2027 than one from 2015 so I can get a better idea if he's declining or not. As I don't really know if I'm comparing his stats to how they were 13 years ago.

Any ideas? Only solution I could think of was keeping all reports, but that really clutters up the development tab of a player so I'm trying to avoid that if I can.

I have also seen missing development reports but never thought much of it. did you get a new scout?

Yeah scouts have been switched however I can't imagine that would make a difference given I can see rookies from all different time periods and they still have all their previous yearly scouting reports (before they hit the Majors)

For whatever reason the game doesn't save the yearly scouting reports from players in the Majors (I'm using MLB quickstart) and instead overwrites them constantly.

It's not a massive issue, but I thought it would be neater if I could get 1 report saved for each player once a year instead of having to save every single one of them which means I end up with something like 200 reports over a 20 year career instead of 20.
