Statistical Leaders Top-10 No Longer Highlighted - Bug or Working as Intended?

I believe that OOTP used to highlight the top-10 statistical leaders in each category when looking in Player Profile pages. Now, it's limited only to the #1 Leader of each category.

I wish it were top-10, or even better: yellow (or some other color) for top-10, and red for #1.

Am I mis-remembering how it used to work? Is this working as intended?

I believe it's always only been the #1 that's been highlighted.
