Kehi7 Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 45	Why can't I set annual budget on July 1? I am in commissioner mode and am both GM and coach of my team. but everything is greyed out. I have 293 starting points, and 80 ending points.
