Owner Goals problem -- Build 24

Just a small problem with "unfulfilled" owner's goals, though it doesn't seem to have affected my job security. Among my tasks was to finish ahead of the Toronto Maple Leafs, which I did and went on to win the Stanley Cup. But, at the end of June, I was told I had failed. No big deal, but clearly a bug of some sort.

Yeah, that's a pretty straightforward check, I'm not sure how that one could go wrong. We'll make sure it's not checking for the opposite of what it should be doing.
