More PbP items

Here are some additional blank line PbP entries. A blank line in the PbP box follows these lines. As usual, these are from the patched version of the game.

"Standing in is XXX"

"Now standing in is XXX"

"Standing in at home is XXX"

XXX is the players name.

Here is a stolen base sequence that contrdicts itself.

"Johnson fires the 1-0 pitch from the stretch"
"Suzuki takes off"
"Johnson is low with a fastball"
"ball two to Louis Castillo"
"Suzuki edges off the base, but doesn't break"

Cork, I logged the extra blank lines issue as TT #2028. Not very high priority, but we should get it taken care of eventually.

The weird steal I logged as TT #2029.

This issue has been claimed fixed in the next patch, but has not yet been verified.
