Active Roster Full?

I've come across a potential bug. I get an active roster full popup when I try to add players to my 40-man roster. Only problem is I only have 37 players on the roster. I tried increasing the roster to 42 man roster to no avail. I've seen this a couple of times but somehow managed to get around it the other times. This time I'm stuck unless I release the player. Anyone else see this?

Patched Version

Update-- I demoted a player from my 25 man roster to AAA and was able to add the player to my 40man but the player went automatically to my active roster and then I was unable to add any more players to the 40 man. I duplicated this twice.

Theo, so sorry for the late response to this thread.

Can you tell me, are you still experiencing this?

What kind of a league was it?

Are you playing the patched version of the game?

Thanks!

Steve

I haven't run into this again. But I have noticed that a player with a major league contract goes straight to the active roster when added to the forty man roster. This may have been the problem. When I tried to put a new player with a ML contract on the 40 man roster it tried to automatically put him on the active roster which was full. Not sure if this was it. Also I am using the patched version. It is a solo league in commissioner mode

Thanks

Yes, this one is a known issue that should be resolved in Patch 2. With that patch due out Friday, and you not currently experiencing this problem, I'm going to move this over to Closed/Claimed Fixed forum. If you'd like to bring it up again, that's no problem.

Thanks very much,

Steve
